I am a Senior Research Scientist in the Program in Atmospheres, Oceans and Climate, part of the Department of Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences , at MIT.
I work in the Marine Biogeochemical Modeling group along with Stephanie Dutkiewicz, Manfredi Manizza, Oliver Jahn, Ariane Verdy, Anna Hickman, Fanny Monteiro, Andrew Barton, Sophie Clayton and Chris Kempes. We use data analysis and models to investigate the connections between ocean circulation, biogeochemical cycles and marine ecosystems.
A major focus of our current work is The Darwin Project: An interdisciplinary, inter-deparmental effort at MIT to model marine ecosystems and understand how they are regulated by, and feedback upon, the environment.
